HP Envy desktop Intel Core i7 is a Fine product. Will be used daily.

Good Computer. Fast. Disappointed that there is no built in audio

Great system. Only issue is that the image shows a DVD Drive, but there isn't one installed. Nothing an external USB drive couldn't fix. Cracked open the case, was very clean with good cable dressing.

I bought this for school assignments and it works great. I'm studying mechanical engineering, and needed the CAD software to be able to do my assignments at home. The CAD software runs smoothly!! than it did in my previous computer.

Great purchase. Sales Rep was very familiar with the computer and very content to let me spend as much time as I wanted without being pushy or standing over while I took my time deciding. Would by it again, and from the same person.

I love my HP Envy. The guys at the store were really helpful with my purchase of not only the desktop computer but also the ASUS monitor and a great sound bar. I am pleased to have a Best Buy close to my home.

Very pleased with item so far. Probably needed CD drive which is no big deal because I can purchase an external one. Geek squad was great in conversion from old computer that I replaced!

Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the desk top computer I wanted. He was patient and compared several options. Best Buy is always my go-to source when I need a device.

It is a nice computer but it would have been a whole lot better if it had a disk drive installed within the system.

would have been 5, but misleading picture. it appears to have a DVD drive or similar, based on picture, note where line is on front left side. the unit otherwise is good.

So far, so good! I haven’t even begun to take advantage of this unit! My only comment is it was hard to fine the on switch in the dark!

Great product with fast processing - no issues so far as I've had this for about a month now as we use it for our church broadcasting.

Cust Serv great but box was an opened box so it's missing the chip used for Keyboard and mouse. Would love the chips for wireless connect.

The best fast and perfect CPU ever. Well for now. Well I used not to video game only to used with my XP PEN and work oerfect

Great Product, but curbside pickup reauires you enter the store to tell them what your order is, they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE # TO LET YOU NOTIFY THEM THAT YOU ARE WAITING, so ulness you have access to a service network system for internet access, they don't know you are there! Dumb and Dummer. Just a small addition to this comment, If you look up any number for this store, they provide a recording that they do not answer the phone you are calling.

I am actually impressed with this machine. Only wish there was a CD/DVD drive, but easy enough to add a USB device.
