Good but lacks CD Disc drive

I just think the advertisement should me more straightforward as to the lack of the CD drive.

Poor performer, poorer warranty service.

Spent over an hour on the phone with HP tech/warranty support and got dropped. I was told if the call got dropped they would call back. All I got for my effort was a case number. I thought HP was better than this I am soured on HP!

m.2 slots not correct

I know nothing about DeNovo but at least we now have a computer. The Geek Squad really went above and beyond to help us.
