Great deal and an even better computer! Needed an upgrade from my previous windows based system and this delivered! Case is clean and sleek, solid state drive is a major plus, and it handles anything I can throw it at, for now.

This unit only comes with 1 HDMI port for monitors, which has me struggling to find an adequate connection for my 2nd monitor (I have 2 HP 24 inch LED monitors, as 2 displays are business standard these days). There is an old-school VGA port, but I tried a brand new VGA to VGA cable and am getting shadowy text. Tried connecting a VGA to HDMI converter and getting the same issue. And here I thought I was going to be all set to work from home for indefinite periods of time in the post-apocalyptic coronavirus hellscape! If you plan on using 2 monitors and don't want to strain your eyes, you might want to look for a computer with 2 HDMI ports ready to go out of the box to avoid this dilemma. And if anyone has a decent solution for this issue, let me know soon otherwise I might be reboxing this thing!

fast n works fine easy to set up wonderful little expensive though

Computer boots very fast and performs well. Great value for the price.

This is my 2nd Hp and it is a challenge for me because i do not have to use everything on it, but when i find something i do. There are programs that walk me through it. Which for an older adult with no computer experience is great.

I needed to replace a good HP Windows 7 computer that was almost ten years old. This computer is extremely fast. Much more fast on start up. For my needs which are a basic home computer, it really excels. Is more quiet than the HP it replaced.

I held on to my last one (from 2012) too long, so this is like a dream by comparison. A bit overpriced as HP usually is - but a solid performer for all of the tasks i need it to do.

Love my new desktop tower. I was completely surprised it came with a keyboard and mouse too. It is incredibly fast. I bought it to do college work, watch movies and have many windows open at the same time. Very impressed!!

I studied for a while before selecting this model, which had all the features I wanted. I haven't tried out the DVD drive, but otherwise, this boots quickly, handles everything that I open at once, had no trouble installing apps.

Most pleased with this computer. I had 12 gigs of RAM before this has 16 makes a difference. Easy to add more hard drive storage which I probably don’t need but it was an option so I moved forward. Best Buy staff was amazing

This PC is excellent. Does what I expect it to. Even for an open box it's fast and runs well. The only absolute negative point value that keeps it from being a perfect 10: is that it comes without any graphics card whats-so-ever. You get what you pay for, I paid an excellent price, so in the end it looks like I'm going to have to get a new card.

really helpful the geeksquad they pass all my old computer to this new computer in a bliss. in less than 1 hour from when I received iI was working again. Thank you for the service and for the computers available at the store.

This PC is super fast works great. Loads incredibly quickly. The only negative is that when I use the CD the tray will not stay closed. It takes 8-10 times of pushing it in before it will stay closed, even when empty.

silent, fast, does its job, has extra hp bloatware but understandable

I really like this computer. It is fast and I have had no problems with it or setting it up. I do have one complaint is that I do have trouble with the DVD drive. It doesn't open easily and sometimes it seemed to have trouble when I try to close it. Overall it is a great machine.

Performed as expected. Like the front access ports for USB.

This has everything I wanted, including a CD drive (yes, I still burn music CDs to play in my car). The most important thing to me was speed. This is a wonderfully fast computer, and I am completely happy with it!

after bumping up the DDR to 36GB, this turned out to be a great desktop for most uses. Plenty of USB connections on front and back. Had it running for 4 weeks now, and so far I am impresses and happy.

I love How i7 was this inexpensive from HP keep up the good work. I love the product the only thing was power button is not strong or durable i feel like im gonna break, cuz i had to press hard to turn on every time.
