Weak and slow computer

OK, it looked good: I7 processor with 16GB of memory and 512GB SSD. Well, the video processor is terrible. Trying to do even the most basic editing of a video with a simple editor like Wondershare Filmora9 is frustrating beyond compare. I am donating this to my church for word processing and spreadsheets and purchased a new Dell desktop directly from Dell. No problems now. It just works.

Mouse & keypad don’t work

The old one was very slow and she used to play on Pinterest while waiting for it to boot up and load her programs. She now complains that she doesn't have time to do anything except work on the computer because there is virtually zero wait time needed to get it up and running. For the price, it's an absolutely great computer. Thinking about buying a second one for my kiddos.
