The DVD drive is an absolute disaster to use. Extremely difficult to load. The solid state hard drive is a shortcoming if you have lots of applications. I use external drives but the hard drive is so limited. Processing speed is not much faster than my old computer that had 12MB ram versus the new computer of 16MB.

My only complaint is that for the money I paid it didn't come with Microsoft Word...I have to buy it. Also...the ad said it came with a free gift but in the rush to buy it and the Best Buy's associate having had a hard time finding the computer...I never inquired or was told about the free software

Equipment fine, but

However, extremely disappointed that Geek squad does not service West Lafayette and nothing on Best Buy's website about recycling old electronics. You call the number and you get a recording that is useless!

Very poor Power Supply 160 W

I try to replace it but the size is weird (HP) can not find any that work. Returned!
