Great item can not get ext warranty keep calling put on hold, then told to go to store. Wait store closed. Call waited on line 2 hrs then dropped xall, called 1 he the drop call. Idea when you ready to sell warranty call me.

I received the computer it was super easy to set up and get it going. after one day the wireless mouse and keyboard stopped working changed all batteries reset everything and it only worked occasionly very glitchy have yet to contact Best Buy to resolve the problem

I needed a solid performing home PC for a relatively low price. The HP - ENVY Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB Solid State Drive - Nightfall Black met both of those requirements just fine.

I really don't care about this computer that much. In fact, I have my old (10yrs) HP on standby when this one fails to get me where I want to go. Windows 10 has too much control and Bing sucks as a search engine. While I' not crazy about Yahoo. I like it better than MSM.

Paid extra at BB as had inventory over Shop HP but spec represented 2 M.2 bus speed slots where one is OS and C drive and the other used for Wifi WLAN. Now have to use 2tb somewhere else and upgrade internal serial data to boot to install another SSD on bus to get speed.

Perfect setup for the price compared to ordering from dell

I am new to the Windows 10, so I'm learning things, but overall seems to be a fairly decent computer for the money. My only complaint would be the wireless mouse. I had one before and it didn't work well. It seems to stick and jump around like a nervous twitch. I replaced it with my old wired mouse and now it works fine.

Great computer so far. No issues and am happy with it.

Seems a good desktop. Like most everything except the CD/DVD player....that seems way to frail and lightweight. And, I don't like it oriented vertically....horizontal is so much easier to load and unload discs.

We used this machine as a backup for our virtual machines and it has just performed over and over. It has many ports and supports everything we've thrown at it.

Set up was easy, any help I needed was available at HP.

I am very pleased with my desktop computer. Even though I purchased it in 2020, I'm just getting the opportunity to explore the many features as I prepare for the upcoming tax season.

I purchased this computer for my at home small business. It functions as it should however, I would have liked more speed and office utilities. Otherwise it is a good computer for the price I paid. (It was a store return but warranty still valid.)

Have had this for about 8 months now and no regrets. Does everything I need it to. I do not game but my 14yr old son does and he does not complain. Run multiple programs with ease.

I haven't a lot to add to the summary. I began using computers years ago with an Apple 2E, then had Dell, then went to HP Pavilion models, which is what I've had til now, with few problems.
