I use my computer for my office. No gaming,no streaming,primarily record keeping and surfing the internet.this does the job.build seems flimsy,but much of the electronic equipment is flimsy today.im no expert,but seems fine for the price

Works well for us, I was wanting to buy a different Hp but they were out of stock. We have had good luck with the Hp and Lenovo desktops in the past.

After making due on a decade old laptop, it was time for an upgrade. And what an upgrade this system is! I use it primarily for photograpic editingand it does the job extremely well

It's a good buy... and very happy with it. don't know what else to say about it....yes I would tell my family and friends to buy it they would be happy they did.

I love all of the features and didn't realize how behind in desktop technology I was. I can sync my phone and lock the computer with it when I leave the room. Wow

There was a miscommunication. I needed 1 TB total space & this had less than that. During the short time I had this particular model, it met expectations EXCEPT DVD drawer was rather hard to open/shut.

The machine is just as the best buy rep said it would be for handling my research and scientific data. I incorporated 2 monitors for better productivity.

Very good computer for photoshop users and visual artist. however it would be nice if they came with a bigger hard drive

CD reader is too flange and noise and for the ticket price of this PC it need something better. On and Off bottom is not the best creation, should be a better one with access ( current one you have to push in almost using your nail.. is hided)

The hard drive crashed on our old hp desktop and needed a replacement one. Received it a day early and switched them out and it worked very well.

My Dell never ran up to par. Salesman at Best Buy helped me determine my needs and I found this. Extremely happy.

This HP was just delivered yesterday. It seems like a high quality, high performance computer... except for one fatal issue, at least for me. When I turn the computer on my router wifi goes down. I have maybe 10 other devices that lose wifi connectivity once the machine is turned on. Something in this HP is interfering with the router/wifi signal. Very odd. I was able to get the wifi "fixed" for a short period last night after unplugging/plugging the router several times, but when I turned on the desktop this morning, the wifi signal dropped about a minute later. I've run tests to confirm that it's causation and not correlation. The HP website shows similar issues with their printers, but not the desktops. I'm technically savvy, but don't have time to debug the problem (and feel I shouldn't need to), so back to Best Buy it goes. Let's see how the Dell equivalent performs.

Love everything about it except that you need ear phone to hear sound.

It does start up very fast. I was also impressed with the wireless keyboard. It has a soft touch and and is solid and sturdy built.

An HP with an i7 and 16gb of RAM is the way to go, second one I have purchased in the past two years, this one is for my home office.

I got great advice and help from the sales people at Best Buy and would highly recommend your store to other friends of mine.

We purchased this particular desktop to replace an Envy I3 that we wanted to upgrade. We have had great success with HP products.

Very happy with my purchase so far. Mechanicsville Best Buy staff are very helpful and made this purchase a breeze.

This is being used daily in an office setting, and it is working great! It has a fast boot time, and is handling our needs well.

Overall the processor is decent but not the most up to date CPU. It is good for the price but that build and case i'snt the best. Works smoothly but has been glitching when I video edit or do audio production work on it. The ram is only upgradable to 32 GB. There's definitely better options on the market for the price.
