Horrible pick up service got A Headache

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pick up service was HORRIBLE, I'd encountered employee with horrible ATTITUDE when picking my computer I did have Driver license w/ picture ID and ph. number and wasn't enough to SATIFY that young man at that dept. I did recevied emai on my desktop pc saying pu was ready !!! Brook City Base SA TX. I'd requested a manager to solve Problem. However back to Survey: hp computer is Awesome for my type of use, and capable of some type of gaming. PS. Walked Out o Best Buy With A Headache

NOT HAPPY!!!

July 26, 2025 I called Best Buy, Jackson, TN, or so I thought. Kevin was the individual I was speaking to. After multiple phone calls following the delivery of the new HP desktop PC, I discovered I was actually speaking to a Global Call Center... NOT WHAT I WANTED!!! Kevin did not tell me the truth regarding the protection plan and two other matters pertaining to the PC. It had not been opened. I resolved to return the purchase. I had to travel 1 hour to return the PC. Cost of wear and tear on my vehicle...including fuel prices was significant for me. I didn't get the tax-free weekend benefit. Conclusion: I will NEVER purchase anything else from Best Buy!!!
