My HP - Envy Inspire printer was easy to set up and begin using, something this technically challenged individual needed. So far, since I’ve had it I really haven’t had any problems, one thing I would like to suggest is if you’re thinking of purchasing this model, in my opinion it would be beneficial to try the ink offer, (if it’s still available), I think it would be a very budget conscious decision.

Easy set up. Sharp reproductions. Prefect for home office and family. Not as loud as expected from other review complaints. I purchased when it was on sale. Replaced 10 year old HP.

It was relatively easy tp set up and does the job. It's a little bossy- it rejected used ink cartridges from our previous printer even thousgh they were the same- but it does the job at a reasonable cost.

Works great and quite. Doesn’t take up too much space.

I am enjoying my HP ENVY printer I love it connects to any and all devices without requiring a password. Simply place the device in proximity of the printer and print away. I like to print photographs and the quality is great.

I needed a new printer. I don’t print a lot, but I do need a printer. This machine, so far, seems to meet my needs. It was easy to set up and connect to wire fi and also to my phone. I did sign up for HP’s ink service and already received my first refill package. The print quality is really good and so far seems very dependable.

After the first on was deemed a lemon by the installer the second one works fine thanks for the help

The ink runs out to quickly, but other than that it runs just fine.

Perfect printer . I had purchased the HP 7000series ( 3 weeks ago) and had nothing but trouble , spoke with HP numerous times and finally decided I was going to return . I then purchased this HP6000 series and best decision . Works perfectly, easy set-up has many nice features . Perfect home printer

Having to suddenly purchase another printer, was a moment I was not expecting, however the floor salesman was so very informative, and explained the details in a way that I was happy to bring this product home. The printer it self was easy to set up, easy to navigate start-up, and is still a joy to have. I am usually very skeptical toward salesmen, however this young man went the extra mile to make sure I understood the printer lingo in the product descriptions.. Thank you Best Buy for winning my trust again..

It is user friendly and everything works fine. This printer works better than my last hp printer.

Great printer. I have it set up to the wifi and I love getting to use my phone to print things off as well. I also like the "quiet mode" setting.

We purchased this to replace our last HP Envy printer which was a 5500 series. We’ve had it for several years and it printed roughly 38k pages before dying (print head carriage issue). This was an easy replacement choice. It was easy to set up on our home network as well. We use HP’s Instant Ink service and the website was easy to navigate to cancel the old size cartridges and start up the new size service. Our only issue was the uniformed associate at the store who tried telling us the cost per print with the HP Envy series was really high. Using HP Ink, we do not think it is expensive for regular document printing with color graphics. Their statistics show less than 4 cents per page.

I am the least computer savvy person on the planet….this was the easiest printer to set up through my iPhone. I was amazed! It prints beautifully and I joined the hp ink cartridge plan for a great savings! Thank you HP rep in Best Buy who helped me make the easiest decision ever.
