I am extremely disappointed in this printer, if I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the headaches and avoid this printer at all costs. I haven't had it longer than a few months, bought it to upgrade from my old HP Deskjet 3700, which I am now back to using since this one has already broke on me twice.... I researched a lot and purchased this exact printer with the false hopes it would successfully print on cardstock & things like sticker paper/crafting projects more efficiently than the DeskJet... After using for 2 weeks (not more than 20-30 pages printed) I would say, about 3 of those 20-30 times I clicked 'Print' that it successfully worked with zero issues. The printer constantly jams, says the photo tray is blocked - and yes I have spent countless hours on VIDEO CHAT with HP Tech Support trying to do every sort of maintenance and firmware update possible, it was error after error. Extremely temperamental printer.. HP Support ended up sending me a REFURBISHED Printer of the same exact model because my return window closed at Best Buy & the product was under 'Warranty' with HP.... well here I am now, 3 months later - countless hours wasted, out $200, out of energy to deal with HP and get ANOTHER Refurbished printer, and now I am back to using my $30 Old Deskjet which has never done me wrong. Do yourself a favor and spend extra and invest in something actually decent and don't get your false hopes up with this HP JunkJet Inspire.

This printer is great for home use. The speed and how quiet it makes it a great pick.

The printer works really well, easy to use. It fits in with my office colors. I like that it has an adjustable screen on the front. It is much easier to see the controls than the previous model.

I got an Envy Inspire 7255e to replace a printer on my wife's MacBook Air. I've had a series of HP printers going back years and years and have never had a set up go correctly. This time it was due to a defective printer which would not recognize the black ink cartridge. HP customer service was responsive and gave me all sorts of things to try, but never mentioned it could be a defective unit. I finally took it back to Best Buy who replaced it on the spot (5 Stars to their customer service and ease). The new unit went through the set up program easily, though instructions were not all that clear and easy to follow and it took an hour or so. But when I attempted to print off the computer, it would not print in color. I researched and had to reset the printing system on the Mac, and it appears the problem is resolved, at least for two of the apps I used to print. We'll see. As far as the printer itself goes, it doesn't seem as well made as previous models we've owned, but prints with acceptable quality. We don't use it for photos, but documents and the like are clear and of acceptable sharpness and contrast and "in the color range" for our use. I suspect if I were to attempt to print a photo I'd be disappointed. For the money, it's an OK deal, and had it worked the first time right out of the box I'd have given it a 4 Stars, but due to the issues with defective unit, marginally helpful support, and a hard to. navigate support website I rate it a 2.

I am mostly pleased with this purchase. My one complaint is that the paper/photo trays are a little flimsy and jam easily prompting the screen to flash a jammed tray message. Other than that, I am enjoying this printer.

Excellent product. Prints letters and photos quickly. I like that I can connect and control from my smartphone. Only difficulty I had was scanning to my computer, but I think it has something to do with the age of the computer and it being a Max.

It works well and is quiet. I still have problems connecting to print and have to go thru different cycles and programs to print. But it works ok.

The best investment i have made for a long time.....easy to understand and use.....I have tried to sign in to my account and you will not accept my password......I have been a Customer for several years and have purchased many electronics from you.....and this is the way you treat me....I guess it is about time to change companies....

I love this printer. It's simple to operate, but it has such a nice feature. The little screen lets you know when your paper drawer is getting low and when your ink is getting low so you can be sure to have another cartridge ready when it runs out. It's great !!!!
