    Our initial experience is very good but we are still struggling with installing the “air printer” prompt in order to print from our cell phones. When we figure this air printer issue, we expect to really use our printer more. Do you have any suggestions that will help us overcome this air printer issue? Otherwise we are not going to get the full benefits from our new HP printer.

    Print quality is great, but the wireless aspect is not so great. Would rather have a reliable printer than one that has trouble staying connected or not being able to use it if there is no wifi.

    we bought a second one , at a $50 discount. wanted to get this applied to the first one, as could have returned this, but about 8 days late. we want them both but sure could have apllied the discount sale poor , would not have boken the bank on your end otherwise, good service from your folks. credit to our account would be good
