Amazing printer, gets the job done and amazing quality

This all in one printer had a good review in consumer reports and I have been very happy with it. It also comes with 6 months of free ink from HP. I also got an excellent price as I got a black Friday deal.

Easy to setup, easy to use. I highly recommend it.

This printer was a good price with an easy set up.

This printer flat out sucks. Any document over a few pages is guaranteed an error that doesn’t exist. Unknown error. Paper jam. Wrong size paper. Randomly not printing pages or printing the same pages over. The initial ink lasted maybe 20-30 pages. Signed up for instant ink. Took awhile to get to me and then you are limited by pages. It would be no problem except with all the errors i blow my page limit out of the water. Avoid if you can.

Printer works great! It's strange that it prints so slowly. I can't figure out if that is a setting that I'm missing. It prints much slower than our 5200.

I am dissapointed in the whole line of low to medium priced Hp printers. The problems start with setup in Windows and continues with their insistant marketing, and short life.

Started off being a great printer but all of a sudden it started getting a photo tray is blocked error message and no matter what I do it won't let me print now. I contacted support and did everything they said and it still won't reset or go away. time to get a new printer not a HP. Stay away it seems to be common problem with this printer.

The new printer is great. Very easy to use. I was looking for a new printer that was color, would scan, print and make double sided copies. This fit all my needs.

I would give this zero stars if I could. What should’ve been an easy set up wasn’t it kept saying error even though I had done everything right I finally get it. Set up my first print job. The piece of paper got jammed so bad that I could not get it out. I finally did and I continued to try to print, but it kept telling me the printer could not be found that it kept telling me there is an error and every time I turned it on it was like at least 10 minutes before I could print anything because it was updating, I will never ever buy another HP product again this is my second HP printer and I should’ve known better than to buy another one. Do not waste your money. It’s a piece of junk.

No an example of fine quality products from H-P. Runs slow, paper jams, and ink life is horrible. Have only owned 2 H-P printers in past 25 years but this third one is not acceptable.

This printer is nothing special....... except it works well with linux and windows both. Print quality is ok too, it does the job asked of it. It even prints color photos better then I expected.

Only had it a few days before returning it and exchanging for another brand. Unable to keep internet "talking" to the printer. Too stressful to keep.

Works great for someone that uses a printer all the time or on occasion. Lots of great promos through hp as well. Great find!!!

Good for small projects. The ink included lasted only for one month. Copy resulations we’re good until the ink ran out.
