I needed a new printer. My old one was low on ink and the wireless printing just stopped working. I've only used this new one a few times, but so far so good.

I am having some minor problems. The printer will stop printing and say that I am using some non HP cartridges , when I am not. If I turn it off and back on then it will print for a while

I am sad I cannot really use this bc the paper drawer is difficult to pull out. I really need help, but I did not buy the extra protection. I also cannot drive due to foot surgery and need help.

We had Best Buy set this printer up so I can't comment on how easy it was. The ease of operation however is excellent. Spent two visits to my local Best Buy store looking at what was available and asking numerous questions. The saying, "You get what you pay for", certainly was applicable in this case also. This model I felt was a good balance between being well made and one that was not going to break the bank. In fact, the agent that set it up for me commented that it was wise to purchase the model that had the little monitor/screen on the front.

So far I have used the printer/scanner a couple of times with no problems. My only issue was with HP site. A pop up showed up when I went to hp.com and tried to scam me out of $249.00. Then the cost went up to $700. to insure my computer would be virus free. Be careful!

Great printer. Excellent instructions for set up and high quality printing. Many additional features for this printer at a reasonable price!!

So far so good, had it for a couple of weeks and it’s printing well. Only thing is the one that arrived came with a defect, but Best Buy replaced it and the new one works just fine.

It took several visits with on line Geek Squad and one visit with geek squad in my home to get printer mostly functional. Still having problems printing pdf s and other items coming in through email and other internet sources.

This HP wireless printer does many jobs. I appreciate that it copies, prints from my phone and has great color reproduction. The two ink cartridges are reasonably priced. I did use Geek Squad for setup because there few instructions with the printer.

Great yet the quaof printing is not a clear and crisp as one would expect. Gets the job done though.

This printer meets all our needs. It handles printing on both sides very well. I would definitely recommend this printer to any home owner.

The assistant was a great help. The computer instructions for start up were terrific and easy to understand. Thanks for the help.

I really like this printer. Through the app you can check maintenance concerns and adjust alignment issues.

The first one I took home was defective. Best Buy returned and replaced it and it is working well.

Had a hard time setting up to print on both sides of paper. I finally got it to print on both sides, but the flip side is printed upside down. I wonder how long the ink lasts. The color ink is all in one cartridge compared to my old printer.

Prints great but had to change black ink cartridge twice already. Had it only two weeks, not much printing at all Goes through black ink too fast.

It is just right for the type of printing I make. I print only a few articles a month and this is the economical choice that makes sense.

Very nice printer. Have had it for 2 months now and no problems. Was easy to setup and add to my wireless network. Copies and scans come out very well. Not the quietest printer I have had but it is tolerable.

Decent enough. I use this to replace another HP printer. The last one lasted for a long time. I hope this one last as long.

I am finding that this printer is quite a bit noisier during the printing process than my "brother" printer was. Am still not sure about the color printing; not negative, not positive until i have done some more color printing.
