Great printer. Lots of functions. Signed up for instant ink so not sure how that will go as of yet. Had a little trouble connecting to one PC but it got fixed. Hope it continues to perform well

Instructions for Replacing Ink Cartridges were not included in box - set-up person from Geek Squad tried to verbally instruct, but by the time I needed I had forgotten what he said. I could use some help...

Purchased "open box" and did curbside. The only unit available was "open box" and nothing new in box, i decided to take a gamble. Well this item was put in my vehicle without any box at all, no cords, no manual, nothing. The item looks very dirty and full of dust. I will steer clear of their open items at all cost for any future purchases. This should never have been sold as a usable item for near the cost as new. Huge hassle and disappointing that BestBuy would let this by them.

Works well for the jobs. Thought it would be a problem with only being able to load a smaller amount of paper than my old one but does the job

It starts great then it starts having issues with printing. It’s not very cheap for the performance issues. I do not like the constant nozzle cleanings.

I’ve had 3-4 printers over the past 10 years. This is by far the best one I’ve owned. Prints fast and quietly.

Have had this unit for a little over a month and it is already having trouble/issues with the ink cartridge that it came with. Keep getting error messages stating that there is an issue with one of the ink cartridges. We managed to successfully print two items before this happened . Too late to return now. Troubleshooting has not worked . Super bummed and disappointed. I am special education teacher and really needed a functional printer .

The printer is ok. I have a HP that is much more sturdy but is outdated. So I had to purchase another printer. It’s just not the quality of my old one.

Ive had this printer for almost a year. I had the free 3 month ink subscription and ink seemed to last (had 1 replacement for each cartridge). As soon as I canceled that and bought ink I have had to replace it 9 times! I do print quite a bit due to college classes, however, 1 cartridge prints about 18-20 pages before BOTH the color and black ink run out even if I only print in black and white. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 for price of the printer but I would not recommend.

Had issues 3 months after getting this printer but HP sent me new ink cartridges at no charge and issues were resolved. Great support!!

HP Envy Inspire 7255E is the best printer I've ever owned. It prints all documents. I couldn't be happier.

When this printer works, it produces good quality documents and photos. But, it constantly loses its wi-fi connection. We've owned it for 7 months and must unplug and re-plug it in every day to make it work. We've tried everything to get the connection to stabilize, but nothing seems to work. Wouldn't recommend it.

I'm much happier with this printer. Worked like a charm and tech support found and repaired issues with my laptop

Really like my new printer and what was so nice was that I could use my ink cartilages from my old printer!!

So far this printer has been a struggle. Some days it works others I need to reset

This is my 1st purchase of a printer in 10 years and i need a printer that did not have the require the option to connect using a WPS button and this was the one! Highly Highly recommend!!!

The product is good and similar to my previous HP. I like the scanning process. It is easier. I don’t like the default to color copying, as most of my work is in black.

Prints fast but goes through ink very quickly and has the tendency to fade while printing.
