Works very well, but instructions were not always clear or complete.

The quality of the printer and ease of use is not nearly as good (in my opinion) as was the discontinued HP ENVY 7155 that I had to replace. The set up was more difficult than expected.

The printer broke within 5 month. And I met the worst customer service experience. The first call was good. The customer service debugged the issue with me for one hour and ordered a replacement printer for me. I got order number and shipping tracking number in email. However, after that, the shipping status kept at label creation status forever. I have called 4 times. Every time I was told it's resolved and a new shipping tracking number will send to me with in 72 hours. But I never got the email. It happened again and again, I have wasted 5 hours to call HP support every week.

This printer has been troublesome since the first few weeks I’ve had it. I bought it and printed a few letter documents and then didn’t use it for a couple of weeks. When I turned it back on again after a few weeks, the “ink was low” and I went and bought new cartridges and replaced them. Few weeks later, same thing, replaced again. Now I’m having the same problem for the third time, and the wifi guides and ink levels and everything prints fine but when I try to print an actual document it prints but literally just random horizontal lines here and there. I would not get this printer again

Very good printer for novice. Able to print pictures in two different sizes.

If I could, I'd give it a negative ten. Purchased May 25, 2025 and today is August 17, 2025. . . .about three months. In those months I've probably printed less than a dozen times. Now the printing quality is unreadable. I've "cleaned smear, aligned and cleaned cartridges twice over but printing remains awful. Tried contacting HP for warranty support. Total nightmare. I'm extremely frustrated! Printer isn't worth one cent.
