    This copier is fast and does a great job. It did take me awhile to make the switch correctly (with all the computer, phone, and Instant Ink settings that needed to be updated.

    My usual purchase are Canon printers. Never had any problems until recently. I decided i would try an HP printer and I am not disappointed. Just wish I had done a little more research. The ink for this printer is very expensive.

    I tried to follow the set up instructions and encountered a problem. Their customer service is terrible. I filled out a form and got a message that they would call me within 15 minutes. More than a week later, no one has called.

    We have had this printer for three years now. Occasionally, you have to uninstall the app and re-download to work. Now we cannot get the app to print a document, it wants to print it as a photo.
