Good printer for the money. Easy to connect and start printing right away. Scanning tool is easy to use and can scan multiple documents to one file.

I've always used HP printers. This one, however, works okay, but has a flimsy paper tray and paper guide. It's annoying that HP uses a different ink cartridge for every printer.

This is the most user friendly printer I have ever purchased. I basically just took it out of the box,plugged it in and paired it with my phone. Great value!

Printer was easy to set up. The app on the other hand was not. Still cannot get it to register with HP.

This is my third HP printer. Previous 2 were photosmart all in one. So for having 2 HP's in 23 years I'd say not bad!! Lets see what mileage i can get out of this model. So far I like it!! Simple to set up & use!!

This is by far the best home desktop printer we've ever owned. And that includes previous HP printers. Add in the HP Instant Ink program and owning this is a no-brainer.

Very happy with purchase. I bought this to replace an hp envy that did not have the front touch screen and it didn’t communicate well with my pc. I like the option of being able to use the touch screen on the printer . Holds a nice amount of paper and scanner works good . I only use this for personal use so it don’t get used every day but so far so good

I am very pleased with my new printer. It is easy for me to understand and to use. From one who is technology challenged this is very important.

I bought it new, took it home, not too difficult to set up and connect. I used HP by phone to assist during the setup. It is faster than my previous 7855 which I replaced after 3 years of use. I hope this new item will last as long as my old HP 7855

The product was excellent only problem was it ran out of ink to fast .

Love this printer! Easy to setup and use. Remote printing works with all my devices. Also enjoying the free Instant Ink benefit and will purchase it when the free months expire.

Was not sure at first with the set up but once I figured things out, I really like my printer. Glad I bought this one and on sale.
