Great printer and value. Havent had a whole lot of issues. The ink cartridges that come with it get used up very quickly, so I recommend buying some standalone cartridges as well.

Well packaged, easy setup with HP smart, and had pretty much all the essential functions and a few more for our home office. quality exceeded the price we paid for it.

works well, easy set up. I like the Instant Ink program, have used it with my previous HP printer. I am not a heavy print user so this might be slow for someone who is But it's fine for me.

Bought this for my wife who is an author and needed a printer to print pages of her books from home. It’s a decent printer with some good features. Had run into a snag or two when setting it up, especially when trying to connect it to her phone, but all in all, it was a good find.

I've always used HP printers. This one, however, works okay, but has a flimsy paper tray and paper guide. It's annoying that HP uses a different ink cartridge for every printer.

Very happy with purchase. I bought this to replace an hp envy that did not have the front touch screen and it didn’t communicate well with my pc. I like the option of being able to use the touch screen on the printer . Holds a nice amount of paper and scanner works good . I only use this for personal use so it don’t get used every day but so far so good

Was a little challenging to set up. The ink cartridge kept popping out (cause we didn't have it pushed in tight) and then we ruined it. Bought another cartridge and learned that the cartridges that come with the computer are starter cartridges and are needed for set up. Had to return our computer (which BestBuy was kind enough to do) and get another with good start up cartridges. Now is set up and running fine, except the scan process isn't working as a message says more setup is needed for it.

Excellent Printer with very good price from Best Buy. It is a quite and quality product. I purchaased it with recommendation of the Best Buy salesman. I am very happy about this product.

So far perfect. Geek squad installed it. Was great. And she helped me with my computer. Being a great grandma, I need all the help I can get. And I got it. Very happy. Answered tons of questions.

Finally a printer that works ,only one complaint . The screen is a bit difficult to type on when adding email addresses for the scan feature . I previously had the 6400 series and it was the worst printer I have ever owned .

Easy set up you can also sign up to get ink monthly thru HP if you download app so you never run out of ink.

I bought two of these ,first one for me, then one for my sister. Very easy set-up. Lets me know when ink is getting low or needs paper. Light-weight. Bought both when they were on sale.

I was concerned about purchasing a new printer to print my photos with as I was so pleased with the one I had, but this one is amazing. I am very happy so with it.

I had an HP ENVY 5660 before this and I like this one better. It prints much clearer and the colors are great. No complaints so far.
