    Very, very, very slow printer. To print one page, I push copy and can leave the room, come back and it’s just finished printing. I wish I’d bought the next higher model with the fax which I didn’t need. It prints faster and does multiple copies at once.

    This printer is fine but seems less sturdy than the one it replaced. The starter ink cartridges were damaged and no one at Best Buy could help.

    Our initial experience is very good but we are still struggling with installing the “air printer” prompt in order to print from our cell phones. When we figure this air printer issue, we expect to really use our printer more. Do you have any suggestions that will help us overcome this air printer issue? Otherwise we are not going to get the full benefits from our new HP printer.
