Printer does what I need it to do although I wish it would do it a little faster. Even when it's off quiet mode, it still prints much slower than the previous model I had.

So far I have been satisfied with the printer and getting the free ink for 6 mos. That was a nice incentive. Haven't used the photo feature yet.

Would give this a zero if able. Unless you want to pay HP every month for ink, look elsewhere. Have always had HP, but never again. Hard to set up and didn’t stay paired. Such a disappointment!☹️

Love that this printer has a window, but do not like that the color toner comes as one instead of separate colors. Doesn't last as long as printers with separate cartridges.

Exceptionally multi purpose machine. Clear images and easy to connect with any Bluetooth device.

Like this printer for the most part the paper loader is a bit tedious and feels like it could break-no problems yet

It is amazing what this reasonably priced printer can do? I replaced an older high end one with this. The new one is far superior to the older one.

At times I get an error message that the printer is out of paper, when it is not. Other than that I am pleased with the the quality of the printing.

It was pretty easy to install, it is not noisy, holds a sizeable amount of paper, and everything is much smoother than other printers I have purchased.

Very nice product works like it supposed to. So far i have nothing but good things to say about it.

Overall this is a great printer. I have used HP printers for many years and this is the best so far. It was easy to unpack and get up and running. I am impressed with the quality of the photo printing.

This furniture does the job, but it’s definitely a no-frills printer from other HP printers that I had.

I really didn't think this printer was super easy to set up. However, I am printing on it and REALLY love it.

I bought this printer in April 2024. I barely used it. maybe printed a handful of pages over the last year. Now it won’t print anything at all. Even though the ink is nearly full, the printer just spins and freezes every time I try to clean the printhead or align it. It eventually gives me a vague error message and refuses to do anything. I’ve restarted it, removed the cartridges, done every reset I could find online. Nothing works. I’m not even using Instant Ink. This is just how the printer functions out of the box. It blocks you from using basic features and clearly wants you to keep buying more ink whether you need it or not. This has been the most frustrating tech purchase I’ve made in years. I’ve wasted hours trying to fix something that should work out of the box. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid HP entirely.
