    This printer seems to do the job but it has no card reader so I cannot print directly from my camera’s memory card or use it to download pictures.

    Purchased "open box" and did curbside. The only unit available was "open box" and nothing new in box, i decided to take a gamble. Well this item was put in my vehicle without any box at all, no cords, no manual, nothing. The item looks very dirty and full of dust. I will steer clear of their open items at all cost for any future purchases. This should never have been sold as a usable item for near the cost as new. Huge hassle and disappointing that BestBuy would let this by them.

    It starts great then it starts having issues with printing. It’s not very cheap for the performance issues. I do not like the constant nozzle cleanings.

    Printers are generally nightmare equipment; we all need them but they're all lousy... well, except for this one. We use it wirelessly, we all have different devices (iPad, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, HP laptop, Apple laptop) and it's worked SEAMLESSLY since I set it up. Haven't even had to change the ink cartridges yet! Finally, a printer that lives up to our expectations.
