This is a great printer, the printing is fast and clear

I am extremely disappointed in this printer, if I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the headaches and avoid this printer at all costs. I haven't had it longer than a few months, bought it to upgrade from my old HP Deskjet 3700, which I am now back to using since this one has already broke on me twice.... I researched a lot and purchased this exact printer with the false hopes it would successfully print on cardstock & things like sticker paper/crafting projects more efficiently than the DeskJet... After using for 2 weeks (not more than 20-30 pages printed) I would say, about 3 of those 20-30 times I clicked 'Print' that it successfully worked with zero issues. The printer constantly jams, says the photo tray is blocked - and yes I have spent countless hours on VIDEO CHAT with HP Tech Support trying to do every sort of maintenance and firmware update possible, it was error after error. Extremely temperamental printer.. HP Support ended up sending me a REFURBISHED Printer of the same exact model because my return window closed at Best Buy & the product was under 'Warranty' with HP.... well here I am now, 3 months later - countless hours wasted, out $200, out of energy to deal with HP and get ANOTHER Refurbished printer, and now I am back to using my $30 Old Deskjet which has never done me wrong. Do yourself a favor and spend extra and invest in something actually decent and don't get your false hopes up with this HP JunkJet Inspire.

I've always preferred HP printers and was looking for a relatively inexpensive , but not a bottom of the line, that included copy and scan functions , and had a cable connection as well as being wireless. All functions work well and was easy to set up. Only complaint is the Printer small control display is not as intuitive and easy to scroll through options as prior HP models.

It has done everything as advertised. I returned another hp printer that did the 2-sided printing by telling me to turn the page over that kept messing up. This one does it automatically. So far so good.

This is my baby. Lol she prints fast, connects to my phone and my laptop, and prints super clear. It gives me notifications on my phone when the ink is low or if my Wi-Fi has disconnected from it and so forth. It holds over 100 sheets of paper. I absolutely love this printer. Overall better than Epson !!!!

No issues so far. Easy set up. Does what it’s supposed to. Quickly and easily scans my documents to my phone/computer. (No wires/USB drives, etc. necessary!!!) It does take a little while for a page to print, but not bad if you don’t mind the wait. Love that it comes with 6 months free trial ink and getting on the recommended HP ink plan is great. I’ve definitely recommend this printer and HP Ink plan.

Great moderate sized personal printer - the set up was super simple thanks to having an all HP set up (laptop, docking station, etc). The only reason I knocked a star down is because it's a little loud.

Great All-In One printer. Had the previous version HP Envy Series 5530 for many years....never a problem. Upgraded to the 7255e when I got my new Dell Inspiron Desktop. Took about 45 minutes to get is set up and running...takes a few seconds to print, but the quality is outstanding.... HP is the only printer I would ever buy!

Can be a little noisy as the cartridges move around during print start up, but good product, so far. Very comparable to the other HP printer I used to have for several years until it wore out on me. I would like to hope this printer will also last a while. Bravo Zulu
