I really Love this printer it’s very user friendly. I am not good with the electronics of our age electronics for dummies is my bed side table book. I will and would recommend this printer to everyone it meets all my home office needs and is so very user friendly.

It is a great printer. Really nice good quality. The only reason it doesn't get a 5-star is because you have to the the ink through instant-ink program.

Easy setup, printing isn't lightning fast but works for what I need. Had paper jams the first few times testing it out but none since then so hoping that was just a fluke.

The printer itself is fine, it replaced an earlier model HP Envy. Set up on my network took some time, but eventually got done. It’s the HP smart app that is giving me issues printing from my iPad, not from my laptop.

Love my new printer. It prints good copies quickly and with sharp images.

Well, I didn't have any photo paper,so I decided to try a regular document copy of the beautiful blue colored flower i had a photo Of. It was surprisingly pretty bright considering it wasn't photo paper. I make Alot of copies, and No Problems have ever come up which makes me very happy. Copies are perfect !

Set up was easy using the phone app; works well - the print quality has been good so far (I've only had it less than a month). It is a little loud when printing but would still recommend.

Replacement for old HP printer. This one doesn't seem to be as well built as last one. Have to manually pull out tray to catch your printed pages old one would come out when printing it self. That said setup was ok and functioning well so far.

Extremely pleased with this product! The online set-up process was new to me, but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. As a long-term Instant Ink user I was very impressed that the process automatically changed my program registration from my old ENVY printer to my new one with zero work on my part. NICE!

I like everything about this printer.I especially like the touch screen that allows me to copy and scan without having to use a computer also the set-up was quite simple.

So far so good. Easier to connect to wifi via HP app. Need to create account to get started. Definitely an upgrade from an older HP model. Little slow printing compared to more expensive models

This is a good printer so far. I wish it still had a USB port, because one of our older laptops can't find it on the network to print. Regardless, the quality is great and being able to print from our IPhones is very easy.

Well designed setup instructions that are both clear and concise. Setup went quickly and easily with Windows 11. Low profile unit that performs quietly and well.

This is the best printer that HP came out with. It connects to your wifi without much effort. The software is quite easy to install. The printer is very easy to setup as well.

Excellent printer. Beautiful photos. Replaced an older HP printer. The only minor complaint is that the scan software was better on the older model. Overall, I am happy.

I needed a printer in a hurry and have always purchased HP products. This model was perfect for my needs and the price is just right. After speaking with the Best Buy associate about some of the printers I decided on this model. The printer was easy to set up and I am happy with the HP Instant Ink program.

I've only had this printer a month, but so far I'm happy. It starts up quick. Print quality is good. I love that it is wireless. I'm new to the Instant Ink program so I will see how that goes.
