Meets my needs, it’s a little larger than I realized and a bit slower than I expected. But super easy set up and the phone app is just great!!

Overall excellent value! Relatively easy to use. But like many electronic items today, owner manual difficult to read.

I use this printer for home use. It works well and prints clearly. I did print a picture on regular paper and the color was beautiful. I have not actually used photo paper yet. So far, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

So far working well. Customer service for HP remoted in and connected all my devices. Haven’t had a chance to print photos yet.

Very disappointed. This HP has been nothing but problems since I purchased it in July 2024! Unfortunately, the problems didn’t show themselves until after the return window was closed. This ink seems to be used up faster than previous HP printers I’ve owned. The price of ink is ridiculous as well. The BIGGEST ISSUE is the printer losses its connection with any device CONSTANTLY! My devices are new AND my router/modem are new, so this shouldn’t be happening. The printer has great features, BUT they are only useful if the printer would remain connected and work. I will NEVER buy another HP printer.

It was hard to set up the printer with my Windows 7 laptop.However, it now works fine. I am very pleased with courteous Best Buy employee who sold it to me.

Works great! Needed a new printer and so far this has been great! The photos I’ve printed come out amazing! I would recommend!

Great Printer for making my stickers that i needed, was hesitant about the ink subscription, but its worth it if your printing full pages of vivid color stickers, would recommend for getting into inkjet printers

Physical setup was easy. Software was easy to install but I had to figure out how to use it on my own

Have had this printer for a few months now and everything was going great but now its saying that I am using the wrong ink even though I have the ink that came with it. It will not print now which is frustrating.

Happy with purchase - inexpensive and easy to operate

The first HP Envy Inspire 7255e I purchased was returned 1 day later. Something was not aligned properly and every paper I printed came out crinkled, and torn along one edge. Even though I was extremely disappointed, I decided to try the Envy Inspire 7255e one more time. The Best Buy employees were quick to return the item, and had me in and out of the store within 20 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service. Of course, that's why we've been Best Buy Geek Squad (Total Tech) members for so many years. BTW - the 2nd 7255e works perfectly.
