    The Geek came to my house and set it up. He even talked me through getting my laptop to communicate with it. It's working well now. I wish I had paid attention to how to load the paper. He may have shown me how, but I am old and forgetful. I tried to find out how in the instruction booklet, but the loading of the paper wasn't included.

    This is more than 5 stars. I always go with the HPs so that I can get the replacement ink cartridges. Its so much easier and CHEAPER by far. Plus I love the fact that I can double side print without doing anything as it does it on its own.

    I like this printer very much. I bought this to replace my last hp printer that I had for years before it finally gave up. This is up-dated and very easy. It's a bit heavier and the prints take a little longer to come out than I would like (just be- cause I have very little patience). But other than that, it's perfectly fine.
