    I will never purchase a HP printer again. I logged in on the code and they lead me to believe I needed to purchase a driver protection program Wouldn't let me set up trill I purchased it. It took forever to get them to reverse the charges. Its a bait and switch tactic Never again will I buy a HP printer.

    Started off being a great printer but all of a sudden it started getting a photo tray is blocked error message and no matter what I do it won't let me print now. I contacted support and did everything they said and it still won't reset or go away. time to get a new printer not a HP. Stay away it seems to be common problem with this printer.

    I like this printer very much. I bought this to replace my last hp printer that I had for years before it finally gave up. This is up-dated and very easy. It's a bit heavier and the prints take a little longer to come out than I would like (just be- cause I have very little patience). But other than that, it's perfectly fine.

    New printer HP Envy Printer works well—-had HP Office Jet Printer before that broke/died (hard drive crashed). With the new printer just have to get used to the new screen and button set-up. Old printer was black in color and new printer is white in color-would rather have black color-but there was no color choice.
