It does everything. Print scan, copy,. I like the mobile feature. The only thing is its a bit bulky the printer. Ohter than that it does what i needed it to do and print and scan documents.

I am finding that this printer is quite a bit noisier during the printing process than my "brother" printer was. Am still not sure about the color printing; not negative, not positive until i have done some more color printing.

very good . This is my 2nd printer purchase from Best Buy . the 1st one lasted 7 years ! Quality items at my fingertips!

Paper tray is flimsy and photos are not good quality. Instead of black and white everything came out red

Ive had this printer for almost a year. I had the free 3 month ink subscription and ink seemed to last (had 1 replacement for each cartridge). As soon as I canceled that and bought ink I have had to replace it 9 times! I do print quite a bit due to college classes, however, 1 cartridge prints about 18-20 pages before BOTH the color and black ink run out even if I only print in black and white. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 for price of the printer but I would not recommend.

I usually like HP printers, but this one did not set up well. When I finally was able to get it set up, it was not consistently showing up on my network and being able to print from my devices was hit or miss, mostly miss. The print quality was fine. But if you can’t reliably print to it, what’s the use. Also, I really did not like the concept of having to subscribe to the ink. In the end, all these problems caused me to return the printer.

I am very pleased with my new HP printer, model ENVY Inspire 7255e wireless. It has performed flawlessly. I really like the scan feature which is much easier and quicker than my previous printer.

So far like the printer. The only problem we had was during the setup. Was not happy with the printed help but once I got hold of a tech. was fixed quickly. Tech was friendly and nice.

The printer works well. However, setting it up was a nightmare. The Geek Squad had to do it for me. Getting to a human was very difficult.

My previous printer had issues reconnecting to WiFi after it had gone to sleep, but this printer has had no WiFi connectivity problems. So far I'm really happy with this printer.

The printer is all that HP says it is. It is apparently available with a variety of ink sources. Mine has the familiar cartridges. I like it.

The first HP Envy Inspire 7255e printer had issues; however, the replacement printer has been great. I really like the scan feature. It also prints pictures but haven't used that feature. Printer seems to function very well and fits my needs.

Had issues 3 months after getting this printer but HP sent me new ink cartridges at no charge and issues were resolved. Great support!!

Really like my new printer and what was so nice was that I could use my ink cartilages from my old printer!!

I'm much happier with this printer. Worked like a charm and tech support found and repaired issues with my laptop

It works does what it’s suppose to but it at you’re own risk

I bought this printer in April 2024. I barely used it. maybe printed a handful of pages over the last year. Now it won’t print anything at all. Even though the ink is nearly full, the printer just spins and freezes every time I try to clean the printhead or align it. It eventually gives me a vague error message and refuses to do anything. I’ve restarted it, removed the cartridges, done every reset I could find online. Nothing works. I’m not even using Instant Ink. This is just how the printer functions out of the box. It blocks you from using basic features and clearly wants you to keep buying more ink whether you need it or not. This has been the most frustrating tech purchase I’ve made in years. I’ve wasted hours trying to fix something that should work out of the box. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid HP entirely.

Great printer. Lots of functions. Signed up for instant ink so not sure how that will go as of yet. Had a little trouble connecting to one PC but it got fixed. Hope it continues to perform well
