Great! Set up is easy and like the authentic style

The printer is ok. I have a HP that is much more sturdy but is outdated. So I had to purchase another printer. It’s just not the quality of my old one.

When this printer works, it produces good quality documents and photos. But, it constantly loses its wi-fi connection. We've owned it for 7 months and must unplug and re-plug it in every day to make it work. We've tried everything to get the connection to stabilize, but nothing seems to work. Wouldn't recommend it.

I’ve had 3-4 printers over the past 10 years. This is by far the best one I’ve owned. Prints fast and quietly.

It works does what it’s suppose to but it at you’re own risk

Have had this unit for a little over a month and it is already having trouble/issues with the ink cartridge that it came with. Keep getting error messages stating that there is an issue with one of the ink cartridges. We managed to successfully print two items before this happened . Too late to return now. Troubleshooting has not worked . Super bummed and disappointed. I am special education teacher and really needed a functional printer .

HP Envy Inspire 7255E is the best printer I've ever owned. It prints all documents. I couldn't be happier.

I bought this printer in April 2024. I barely used it. maybe printed a handful of pages over the last year. Now it won’t print anything at all. Even though the ink is nearly full, the printer just spins and freezes every time I try to clean the printhead or align it. It eventually gives me a vague error message and refuses to do anything. I’ve restarted it, removed the cartridges, done every reset I could find online. Nothing works. I’m not even using Instant Ink. This is just how the printer functions out of the box. It blocks you from using basic features and clearly wants you to keep buying more ink whether you need it or not. This has been the most frustrating tech purchase I’ve made in years. I’ve wasted hours trying to fix something that should work out of the box. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid HP entirely.

I love love love my Hp printer, especially that it is also a photo printer, it’s the best

Prints fast but goes through ink very quickly and has the tendency to fade while printing.

Associate went the extra mile to try to accommodate our needs. Printer it’s self is a good product and appreciate HP Ink program

This is my 1st purchase of a printer in 10 years and i need a printer that did not have the require the option to connect using a WPS button and this was the one! Highly Highly recommend!!!

The product is good and similar to my previous HP. I like the scanning process. It is easier. I don’t like the default to color copying, as most of my work is in black.

So far I have been satisfied with the printer and getting the free ink for 6 mos. That was a nice incentive. Haven't used the photo feature yet.

Needed a printer that does almost everything for a small home office room. This HP met all the needs that I was searching for. You can either use it with Wi-Fi or a direct connect to your pc or laptop!

Printer does what I need it to do although I wish it would do it a little faster. Even when it's off quiet mode, it still prints much slower than the previous model I had.
