    Photo Tray Blocked Error less than 7 months from purchase from Best Buy. The thing sounds like plastic is snapping inside. No jam, nothing. Will not clear!

    Your sales person said it would work with my Mac Air. It does not. It can only print in black and white when accessed from the Air. It can print in color when accessed from my iPad. The Geek Squad personal were here and confirmed this.

    I was disappointed. I thought it was good deal for printing family photos but it was awful. I couldn’t make it work. Every pictures printed from iPhone was out from colors and out from pixel quality. It was returned. And HP subscription is passive aggressive. I wouldn’t subscribe again.
