    If I could, I'd give it a negative ten. Purchased May 25, 2025 and today is August 17, 2025. . . .about three months. In those months I've probably printed less than a dozen times. Now the printing quality is unreadable. I've "cleaned smear, aligned and cleaned cartridges twice over but printing remains awful. Tried contacting HP for warranty support. Total nightmare. I'm extremely frustrated! Printer isn't worth one cent.

    When the computer is shut down, the printer remains ON, unlike my old (former) printer that automatically turns off, when the computer is switched off.

    When the printer works it is fine - but seem to need to reconnect to internet each time I want to use. Tried to reach totaltech to check this out but unable to reach them. This printer also uses ink much faster than the previous printer I had.
