    It is a ok printer. I bought this printer to use at my home . I it ok for light printing. I rather had the older models. I like this printer because because it is usages 64 inks

    DO NOT BUY THIS IS THE SECOND ONE I HAVE HAD. RETURNED FIRTS ONE DUE TO NOT PRINTING PROPERLY. LIGHT AND HARD AND COMPLETLY MISSING AREAS OF A DOCUMENT. ALSO BLACK CARTRIGE LEAKED INK. RETURNED AND RECEIVED THE SAME MODEL. THIS ONE LASTED ABOUT SIX MOUNTHS. SAME PROBLEMS. WILL RETURN FOR DIFFERENT BRAND.

    Nothing but problems. They force you to get ink subscription or it stops printing. Doesn’t stay connected to print to on wifi and says it has a paper jam or no paper loaded when there is no jam and paper is definitely loaded.

    After printing approximately 10-15 pages in color, and also in black and white, future print jobs (print outs and making of copies) were either blurry, discolored, unreadable, etc. Totally disappointed. And it gets worse. Troubleshooting of the printer cartridges and cartridge alignment will have you use up an excessive amount of ink just to get the HP-Envy Inspire 7255e to print out usable pages. Thus, and before you know it, you're out of ink! We are of course at the point of not being able to return the printer and will now commence troubleshooting (chatting) with a live person to see if the aforementioned problems can be fixed. So no. Definitely would not purchase.
