You’ll be sorry if you buy this.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely trash!!! The ink they sent was the wrong size and sis not come when it was supposed to. I cancel the inksta ink. And it’s stopped printing. They wanted to charge my $250 to reinstall the driver to get it to work without them sending the ink. Please don’t waste your money.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not a big fan of this printer. The instant ink is just odd to me....charging for ink that doesnt last as well as having a page limit? Im old, but still this is crazy. My old Cannon 3 in 1 was much better....too bad it is obsolete with computers now.

Yuck!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this printer for about a year. In that time I do not remember ever having a clear print. I called HP support several times and yet it has never worked. I would push to get a replacement except I don't want the same printer. I just ordered a Canon and hopefully I will have better luck. Cannot recommend!

Had to return
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For being a brand new printer, I was really disappointed in the print quality. It was streaky even on the higher dpi settings. I ended up returning it and borrowing my boyfriend’s older printer that prints better quality and quicker.

Posted .Hi, Anne.
I’m sorry that you encountered such difficulty setting up your printer. Your exasperation comes as no surprise, considering you found no instructional material in the printer and had to hire a tech professional to assist you. I want to help you understand what might be the cause of the missing material, and also help you get the most from the device going forward. I hope the information and resources below serve that end.
First, I can’t say for sure what happened in your case, but your printer should have had what’s called a setup poster for help with installation. Materials and components can go missing when a printer is sold, returned to the seller, then sold again to a different buyer without being adequately inspected before shipment. I would recommend contacting the seller, but it sounds like you got the printer working OK. I will point out, however, that basic support such as setup assistance is covered under the printer’s warranty.
