DON'T BUY!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely worthless. Printer will work some days, and not connect other days. I have to try from several devices each time I need to print. Scanner is incredibly slow.

Do not buy!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible! Do not buy! Employee at BB said it was a laserjet as no information was on the product in the store. Well, it’s an inkjet and sucks the toner dry quickly. Also, uses HP 64 toner, but claims the HP 64 toner is incompatible. I’m stuck with this expensive paperweight now.

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not accepted the ink cartridges you bought for it, and that you got inaccurate information about the device from the retailer. It’s no surprise you’re exasperated here. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll provide a resource aimed at making that happen.
I can’t tell from your review why the printer hasn’t recognized the cartridges. I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
- hp.com/plus-help
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

Cartridges fail if not used frequently enough
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used sparingly and will have to replace the cartridges after less than one year. Probably dried up due to lack of use. May have printed 10 pages max since I purchased it 10 months ago. Not getting color or black ink to work.

Posted .Hi, Steve.
I’m sorry your printer has not processed black or color ink properly. I can certainly understand why this would be a disappointment, considering you’ve used the device so little since you purchased it. I want to help you resolve the situation, so I’ll suggest some resources that I hope will reach that end.
First, I recommend following the steps listed in a guide on our support site to improving print quality. Issues covered include color or black ink not printing properly – or at all. Find that guide here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4804440-4201223-16
If print quality doesn’t adequately improve, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

First, I recommend following the steps listed in a guide on our support site to improving print quality. Issues covered include faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:

Terrible
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While it was easy to set up, I’ve had nothing but trouble with the printing. I’m on my third set of ink cartridges in less than a month and the color is horrible. I’m going to take it back.
