    Absolutely worthless. Printer will work some days, and not connect other days. I have to try from several devices each time I need to print. Scanner is incredibly slow.

    Cheap and bulky. Not worth it. The plastic to ope for scanning is so cheaply made. So expensive and not great. I returned the next day.

    Horrible! Do not buy! Employee at BB said it was a laserjet as no information was on the product in the store. Well, it’s an inkjet and sucks the toner dry quickly. Also, uses HP 64 toner, but claims the HP 64 toner is incompatible. I’m stuck with this expensive paperweight now.

    Cartridges fail if not used frequently enough

    Used sparingly and will have to replace the cartridges after less than one year. Probably dried up due to lack of use. May have printed 10 pages max since I purchased it 10 months ago. Not getting color or black ink to work.

    Lowest Quality printer I have ever purchased

    Printer constantly would loose connection and have to be restarted. Ink ran out after less than 50 pages printed. Will never buy an HP printer again.

    Not a good printer. Ive replaced the cartridge twice and still won't produce a quality printed sheet. I would return it if I could.

    Very poor quality printer, especially for the price. I tried several types of paper and nothing seems to make this printer any better. Highly disappointed

    I returned this. It would only print when it felt like it. It constantly changed the default setting and it ran through ink. Do not purchase.

    While it was easy to set up, I’ve had nothing but trouble with the printing. I’m on my third set of ink cartridges in less than a month and the color is horrible. I’m going to take it back.

    Had less than 6 months, and it is not recognizing the color cartridge it came with. Geek Squad did a trouble shoot and advised me to bring to store to replace.

    We purchased this printer 2/19/22. Had to wait 3 weeks for the Geeks to install. The printer was defective. Had to exchange for new. Now waiting another 4 weeks for the Geek Squad to install this one. Not happy!
