Unfortunately - my printer went down over the weekend. I needed one bad for reports for work on Monday, I check various providers. They either did not have what I needed or I was not going to be able to get it until Monday (too late). I got look at Best Buy site Saturday night (late evening) - BOOM! they had what I needed and I would be able to drive in on Sunday morning to pick up. I was in and out with no drama, great service. Got home, got it set up - Reports were flying out of there for Monday morning! Thank you Best Buy!!

Printer is extremely easy to set up with HP Smart app. Print quality is very good . Have not tried photos yet. Everything I need in a printer @ a very reasonable price!

The HP Inspire printer was very easy to setup. When setting up previous printers in the past there would always be something that goes wrong or it’s a hassle connecting to my WiFi network. Not with the Envy Inspire. After downloading the HP Smart app on my mobile phone, it walked me through the entire setup process. When it came time to connect to my WiFi network, it connected automatically was long as my phone was already connected to the network. Printing speed is fairly quick and the scanner is fairly quick as well. It has a WiFi Direct option. This option did not work with my home WiFi Network because my WiFi network was using 5 GHz. It seems to only work if you’re using 2.4 GHz. The ink cartridges are kind of small, so I’m not sure how much printing I will actually get before needing to replace them. Overall, good ink jet printer.

it’s been almost a month now and glad I replaced the old with this one. so quiet, easy to install, transferred my hp account for the ink to this one with ease. so far so good

I purchased the unit on sale and turned out to be a decent value for the money. Setup was not difficult but you need to follow the directions. Printing from iPhones works better if you also put the HP Smart app on the phones. Hope it is reliable.

Set up seemed easy until it didn't. After using the app and receiving confirmation that my setup was complete, I couldn't print. I rec'd a mssg that I wasn't registered, and all I did was acknowledge that mssg and I was suddenly good to go. This printer is replacing my old HP 8610, which apparently has a paper feeder part that goes bad (I've read several other reviews that had the same issue), and this HP prints as well as the old one, just a little slower. I also have to reconnect to my WiFi every day, sometimes twice a day. My internet is very dependable, so that's not the issue. It also ran out of ink twice as fast as my old printer, and I do much less printing these days. I haven't tried cardstock yet, which is one of the features I was looking for. Also, don't be fooled by the $35 Geek Squad protection. It's only for defects, not for tech support. That's another $35. I figured out the setup issue myself. Overall, it's a good printer, but definitely not better than the old one. That's surprising from HP. We'll see how we do with longevity. 4 stars is generous, but overall a decent home printer.

Another great printer from HP. Quality is superb, installation is typical using the HP Smart app. I've printed documents for work, along with some photos on photo paper. Everything is coming out great. I have no complaints!

This is great printer. It’s my second. First one lasted years.

Great for a tight space, where we utilize the flat top for our keyboard. Works well both wired and wireless.

Once I got the HP set up, I am very pleased with the quality of printing and ease of use

The white and sandstone color is really nice. The printer is easy to set up and use. I haven't printed out a picture with an inkjet printer in a long time, and the quality is pretty nice. The only thing is I question if it's worth the price of the ink. It does a good job, but it uses a lot of ink because it's an inkjet printer. The 6 months of Instant Ink included is great and is highly recommended if you continue to print out photos. If you can get it on sale, even better. But at this price point it's a fair buy for an inkjet photo printer.

This printer is easy to set up and even easier to use. It’s small and mighty. I recommend it highly and give it a 10.

Easy set up Prints very nice in color and in black-and-white Wi-Fi was easy to connect and I can print remotely from anywhere

I’m a school teacher and have had a need for a color printer that will do two sided prints for a while now. After receiving this printer, I’m confident to say that this printer will continue to work for a long time. I was able to map this printer to over 30 computers, were printing 20-30 pages a day and haven’t had a single issue with it. I love the ink subscription that comes with it as it will give me the peace of mind that I won’t run out.
