I replaced an 8 yr old Epson with this printer. I never had issues with the Epson until it just gave up. This one however, prints from the computer most of the time. It does print from my phone pretty well but it is almost impossible to scan to the computer. I have to try every combination of tricks they suggest and somewhere along the line it will scan... most of the time. The dialog box that finally gives me the option to scan pops up behind a larger, trouble shooting dialog box so I don't know which method finally worked. The HP Smart app isn't, but the instant ink option seems to work well. All in all I would suggest you look at another brand of printer.

Love this printer. East to set up. Software just made itself at home. I use HP a lot so set up and integration to my network seems to get easier. Ink was east to put in, it's sailor proof. No way to mess it up. Having fun with the network settings. Printing from phone while not at home is so cool.

Great printer for using at home. Very easy to connect to the network, very friendly to use and great quality on printing. I recommend it.

Very easy setup. Was printing in 30 minutes. Pretty good for 76 yrs old. Red colors are not great but for my needs, it is fine.

This is a great printer and didn’t cost a fortune! Very easy set up, I was able to do it in about 30 minutes. It had been a long time since I had done one.

Easy to connect to wifi. Quality printing for the price. Con: It does not come with installation software. Install can be done with reliable internet.

I bought this printer because i needed one that would use the same ink as my old one that suddenly quit. It works fine. The only thing I wish were different is that it had a document feed feature on the top. i do alot of scanning of multiple page documents and have to lay them one page at a time on the scanner glass

I have only had this printer for about 2 months, but so far its been great! the color looks good and the printer operates easily and efficiently.

It worked fine until it stopped printing due to a paper jam with no paper in sight. No help with from your service calls.

The printer was exactly what I needed for small jobs . It is easy to use, changing the ink is a breeze. Highly recommended for numerous types of printing.
