    Printer is 1 month old. It worked well at the beginning. Then one day it said clear any Paper Jam or obstruction, however there was no paper jam, etc. After trying all the easy suggestions I can do from online, it still does not work. I hope to get suggestions on what to to next from Best buy or HP.

    I tried to follow the set up instructions and encountered a problem. Their customer service is terrible. I filled out a form and got a message that they would call me within 15 minutes. More than a week later, no one has called.

    My usual purchase are Canon printers. Never had any problems until recently. I decided i would try an HP printer and I am not disappointed. Just wish I had done a little more research. The ink for this printer is very expensive.
