It took two calls to Geek Squad and one to local. No one was able to connect my printer to my computer. On second call to local Geek squad the person showed up and all was connected within 30 minutes. So far it is working well and I love it. Recommended. Only gave four star due to problems getting help to set up.

This printer is very straightforward to use and set up. However, you MUST download the app to get it set up. No problems printing anything, double sided printing is a little slow since it waits a few seconds for the ink to dry.

I recommend this product, it’s worth the money It’s easy to use You can print great quality picture photos apart from scanning and printing documents. It’s a good product it’s worth the money. I was pretty hesitant at first on buying the printer, I also wanted to return it because I was having second thoughts about it. At the end I ended up loving this printer. It’s a bit difficult to set up with the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth But once you get it done you don’t have to worry about it again.

Compact/Sleek design -- takes up less room than my old printer and does more. Quiet operation. Easy set up with my wi-fi.

Love it! Easy too use and navigate with a large well lit menu which is important to senior citizens with poor vision. I like that there is only one photo tray that is adjustable for all of the various sized prints. It makes printed texts and photos. I highly recommend this high quality printer.

Good so far. I did have to call tech support for help in setting it up when the app prompted me for information that was not available on the printer. This replaces a similar HP printer that only lasted 2 years, and for the last 6 months or so the black ink cartridge failed to work. I don't expect anything better from this printer; they are not made to last. But the print quality is fine and they are generally not hard to use.

It is a good and fast printer; however, every time I print something, a window pops up that the printer is out of paper. I am not out of paper!!! In addition, the paper tray holder is not secure and sometimes falls off the printer, resulting in papers being flown to the floor. I would still recommend the printer if you can figure out a way to keep that tray secured.

I This was a recent purchase. This HP printer is a replacement for my old HP OfficeJet 4500. Sincee that one lasted for years. When it quit, I wanted a new HP. This one appears to be a very good purchase! It is sleek looking, and prints, scans and copies, including photos. It looks sharp on my desk and works great! E. Miller

I really like this printer. It is rather compact, works very nicely over wifi, and prints quite quickly. Unfortunately, I was never able to install HP{ Smart, so I did not take advantage of the ink offer, but I am not too bummed about it, because most reviews say that the ink offer is some kind of bait and switch anyway, I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone.

Switched from a 8710 that just stoped working. This is our 4th or 5th HP instant ink unit and I love the ease of use and the various in-picture editing option. Very convenient. I like that it is less bulky and more esthetically pleasing also. The stitch over went well,most functions easy to find.

Its not as sturdy as my last HP printer, but it prints excellently. It was super easy to set up.

HP has made quality printers for some time. We needed to replace an older one and this one had features that I liked from the last printer at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately it wasn't available at my local Best buy, however it was shipped to my house and actually came a day early!

This is a great printer and is easy to set up. Very quiet and prints good quality.

for the price, this is fantastic so far. thank you for the geek squad's help. the ability to set up w/o having to clutter my cell phone up with more mundane stuff. life is full of clutter, noise and eye clutter. i don't need to know its printing the job, or ran out of paper... i ike the alternative.
