    This is more than 5 stars. I always go with the HPs so that I can get the replacement ink cartridges. Its so much easier and CHEAPER by far. Plus I love the fact that I can double side print without doing anything as it does it on its own.

    The unit works fine until HP without notifying anyone that the cartridge designation was changed. When the change was made the printer would not print saying "the print cartridges are communicating with the printer". After the 3rd replacement printer an HP technician finally discovered that the cartridges number had been changed. It works fine with the initial starter small cartridges. Waiting for delivery of new correct number large cartridges. Poor communication on part of HP.

    New printer HP Envy Printer works well—-had HP Office Jet Printer before that broke/died (hard drive crashed). With the new printer just have to get used to the new screen and button set-up. Old printer was black in color and new printer is white in color-would rather have black color-but there was no color choice.
