The Printer is packaged very well. The product worked fine for the 1st week but I Needed Geek Squad help to keep my PC talking with the printer. The tech Adam did a fast and complete cleaning of files and programs.

Originally purchased a Brother printer. Spent 2 hours trying to set up. Online software was not current and they actually put a CD in the box for drivers. Did I flash back to 1998? Returned it. Bought the HP7255e and within a half hour I was set up and printing easily. Thank you HP for being a solid reliable company I can turn to for my printing needs!

I am extremely disappointed in this printer, if I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the headaches and avoid this printer at all costs. I haven't had it longer than a few months, bought it to upgrade from my old HP Deskjet 3700, which I am now back to using since this one has already broke on me twice.... I researched a lot and purchased this exact printer with the false hopes it would successfully print on cardstock & things like sticker paper/crafting projects more efficiently than the DeskJet... After using for 2 weeks (not more than 20-30 pages printed) I would say, about 3 of those 20-30 times I clicked 'Print' that it successfully worked with zero issues. The printer constantly jams, says the photo tray is blocked - and yes I have spent countless hours on VIDEO CHAT with HP Tech Support trying to do every sort of maintenance and firmware update possible, it was error after error. Extremely temperamental printer.. HP Support ended up sending me a REFURBISHED Printer of the same exact model because my return window closed at Best Buy & the product was under 'Warranty' with HP.... well here I am now, 3 months later - countless hours wasted, out $200, out of energy to deal with HP and get ANOTHER Refurbished printer, and now I am back to using my $30 Old Deskjet which has never done me wrong. Do yourself a favor and spend extra and invest in something actually decent and don't get your false hopes up with this HP JunkJet Inspire.

The printer does exactly what I was hoping for. The salesperson listened to what we needed it for and suggested this H P from the 4 choices there. And we already received the first black ink packet. Nice to get it before it was needed

This printer is great! The setup was super easy and it prints multiple pages quickly.

The copier is easy to use and was easy to set up. I do doubt that it came with a three month supply of ink. I used up the ink in about two weeks. I have had it for about a month and have used it a lot with no problems. I would recommend it.

Just perfect! Wanted a printer that could work from cell phone, laptops and even the desktop. I have a old desktop with hp printer but that was hard wired so much trouble to connect our laptops esp my son’s school laptop for projects coz all cables etc. But this printer is just what I needed ..

This printed was a great surprise. We had hoped it would print photo's at least ok- but turns out- they are great!! I use them for press kits for bands and they are just great quality. So my little investment in this printer has given me much more for the money than I could have hoped for!

This printer is great for home use. The speed and how quiet it makes it a great pick.

This printer is very intuitive and easy to set up. I like the bigger ink cartridges and I like HP app so I can print from anywhere. I was impressed how the printer was packaged and how easy the setup was. I would recommend this product.
