    No an example of fine quality products from H-P. Runs slow, paper jams, and ink life is horrible. Have only owned 2 H-P printers in past 25 years but this third one is not acceptable.

    Seems to be working ok for what it is. I have had some problems with it randomly dropping off my wifi network. Overall, it's a decent little printer.

    Started off being a great printer but all of a sudden it started getting a photo tray is blocked error message and no matter what I do it won't let me print now. I contacted support and did everything they said and it still won't reset or go away. time to get a new printer not a HP. Stay away it seems to be common problem with this printer.

    Printer is basically nice. Mine had bad ink cartridge when I got it and store told me was manufacturer issue and HP only wanted me to sign up for HP+ program to get new ink, NO offer of sending a replacement cartridge for the defective one.

    A little clumsy getting started. Seems to need to be turned on or off or on, futzed with to print. Also, it also sends out a blank piece of paper first, not sure what. Even though more expensive, not as smooth operating as my older now extinct printer.
