    Disappointed in this HP 7955e printer for my office (only used 4 months). Lost signal with internet due to storms turning the power off; I live in FL this happens often. The instructions say to reset, no reset button. Continuing to go through all the steps to reconnect to internet is difficult. The product is now stuck on with a black screen and will not work. I have unplugged and plugged in again-nothing. After so much work time loss on trying to correct the consistent issues-I believe DISPOSAL will be the greatest achievement for this HP product. My HP 7640 is old but grateful for the ease of use over many years, I am using it in my office now and contemplating another printer company. The paper tray is also flimsy and not as easy to pull in and out. I tried to like it:(

    The new HP ENVY Inspire printer is quiet, does the job intended and although having help to set it up....it worked right away, and it is easy to follow once you simply push the screen. Thank you.

    Good little printer. Nice footprint. So far my only complaints are 1). The paper tray doesn’t hold much paper, and 2). The initial ink ran out within 2 weeks and we do t print more than 10-15 pages a week! I am hoping that it was just the original ink cartridge. Time will tell.
