    We love this printer… so much we bought the identical model that we had that broke (we think the problem with the old one is a software update which we had to have because of the Instant Ink contract - the printer was only 1.5 years old, just past the 1 year warranty).

    Had to pay Geek Squad to help me set it up. He was great but cost $80. Then got paper jam week later. Nothing worked to get it out. No way to talk to real person unless you hire zgeel Squad again for another $80. So I returned . Went elsewhere for printer.

    I have been a long time satisfied Best Buy customer. My previous HP 3830 printer just stopped working after 8 years of excellent quality and reliability. I just recently purchased the HP-Envy Inspire 7955e. So far, I'm very impressed with the consistent quality it produces. I highly recommend HP printers. Thank you Jim

    Replaced my HP Envy 5530 e-All-in-One printer, which I was very happy with also. It was older and my husband is now using it so we both have access to Instant Ink now. So far, I have had no problems with the HP - ENVY Inspire either. Always have had HP printers. Love the wireless and Instant Ink. Easy to set up and easy to use!
