    Was very pleased with Printer for 2 years, and then it started having problems. Took to Best Buy to repair, and as i am a member, they replaced the printer with a new one of the same kind free of charge. Shipping it straight to my home. You can't get much better then that.

    Prints and scans fine. I don't like having to use scanning through an app. And the worst part about printing is your forced to use OEM ink cartridges. So if you don't mind spending a fortune on HP ink cartridges then this printer is fine.

    Insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome. After 5 cannon printers in 3 years (2 of which were different models) I said “it’s the company”. Bought this although crazy expensive. Worth every penny. Instantly turns on and instantly connects to my router.. stay away from cannon. My father too had issues with cannon and switched to go. His issues miraculously disappeared also.
