    I purchased this printer about 7 months ago. It has been a great addition to my office. The 2-sided printing has decreased my paper usage and by easily adding it to my network, it makes printing from anywhere in the house very convenient!

    The only difficulty I had with my new ENVY Inspire was in getting it to print!!! Then a few days ago I noticed an Icon for HP Print and Scan Doctor--it turned out that my computer thought the only printer that was active was my old one. Since I had replaced it when it would not start, I definitely changed to the Inspire. Happily printing now. (I will soon be 82 and I'm not as tech savvy as my kids and grandkids!

    Instructions are a little sketchy. You are on your own . Best Buy Geeks can help but why do you need to physically take it in to them to get fixed. HP should be sharper than this
