    little confusing menu, couldn't get it to connect with laptop. Yes the wifi was on and connect3d to both. son in law came over, he is IT wizrad,he figured itout. Wifi orinutn is cooll but I can;t fiugr out to makeitscan documents....I'll have try chat, or tyr to get phone number.

    This printer is great, but it had problem to get warm-up and wot work to print by AirDrop during under WiFi Internet system. It always get off at most of time. I do not know why it happened so often. Does it has Security blocked which it caused to not printing ?? No idea....

    It has good features. Like the top feeder & capacity. However the printer does not print well, the black & colors always looks faded or unreadable or often theres glitchy lines on the entire page even though the ink cartridges is new & full. Did clean printer & diagnostics & print test page & reinstalled ink cartridges & the printer still does not print solid colors it always looks like faded black & faded colors. Envelopes also printed with lines going through it & the black print looked faded. A Consumer shouldn’t have to go through all the hassles & troubleshooting & irritation just to print something. Looked online searching for answers for hours & for days. No luck. This printer used to print well but not any more. This is a terrible printer. Waste of money.
