I wish it had a u s b port Took me a minute to set up

I love my printer although ink isn't lasting very long in it so far.

Needed a new printer, researched online for best HP printer and it said this was it. Only had a few weeks, seems to work well so far.

I'm a little disappointed with this printer. It works good, but doesn't always print well. Had to buy HP paper to get better prints, but even that wasn't always the best. My old HP printer worked great no matter the brand of paper.

I live in an assisted living and my relatives picked out the products at the store. Some items scan very poorly. I had one item scan much better on my previous printer. I find the printer cheaply made. I have hundreds of photos to scan which was much easier on my previous HP printer. I need to feed most of the photos due to the volume and they have to be fed the long way and then I have a difficult time getting them from underneath. The feeder does not close down to the smaller photo size for using it length wise resulting in a odd angled photo making it difficult to crop. I like the 1200 dpi on the glass but wish the feeder could handle something higher than 600 dpi or more. I have not had any success using the detect edges applicat5ion on scanning.

A Geek Squad member installed my new printer. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. Very glad I used him.

No issue so far. Nice brand and very easy to setup. I like the wireless option to print documents even from phones.

Having a problem with 2 sided printing, otherwise good printer so far.

This is my Third HP Printer. So far, I like it alot and I haven't had any issues with it.

WORST PRINTER of my life. And HP won't acknowledge the problems. I can't change the print settings -- they are LOCKED, and HP is blaming me saying it is my computer's fault their software doesn't work! It's nonsense. I can only print in the setting they allow -- which uses up all my ink. This is NO ACCIDENT. I bought this 5 months ago and have gone through the ink that came with it and I'm 3/4 through the replacement ink with only 210 pages printed. I will pay the cost of this printer 2 to 4x a year just to print basics!! Thats only 42 pages a month. And I have to buy ink again in the next week or two. I have never seen such a horrific rip off in my life! Avoid HP!!!!

I am enjoying this printer. It's serving my purpose well. I have the ink replacement, and I love it!

Easy to use scanner AND quality printer! Looking forward to many years of use.

Nice printer , sometimes tricky but good consumer support available.

Excellent printer! Setup via HPs website is a bit tricky. Had to use our Best Buy total tech program to finish the setup. Otherwise, a great printer!

It works well and connected to the wifi easily. Looks like it might use ink kind of quickly but not sure yet.

Didn't even open the box after my brand new hp laptop was defective. Had an hp printer before because I like to printout photos and had nothing but trouble with it even with Geek Squad who had to send me to hp tech....returned it before I even tried it...no more hps for me. Bought a Canon instead.

Has many features, responds very well to my computer.

Challenging and time consuming to set up, but it works very well when networked with all devices. Printing from a mobile device is most impressive.
