    I would give zero stars if I could. The printer never worked correctly, error messages would pop up that didn't make sense (i.e. saying it was out of paper when it wasn't). Then after just over a year it started saying the legitimate (full price from Target) ink cartridges were counterfeit and refusing to print, and no one at HP or Best Buy could help even though we paid for the additional extended warranty. Don't buy a printer from HP.

    This is a good product. I would give more stars but it frequently gives error messages for no paper even though it has paper. Sometimes it only prints half the page. The photo printing is amazing and offsets the above issues. A little disappointing for the money we paid.

    Decent product, but woefully lacking regarding how to use the various functions available. If I had the choice, I would return it for a full refund.

    The printer works ok but isn't great. I have issues with it printing photos, they have lines through them. The instant ink subscription sucks. They advertise that they will automatically send you ink when it's getting low but they don't. I tried to print something but couldn't because it was low on ink and had to wait 10 days for the ink to arrive. Ridiculous.

    Printing is decent but wow the paper jams are many probably going to return plus it makes the electric hum when on standby sort of drives me crazy
