This printer was wasy to set up! I usually have some issues setting a printer up hy myself, but i had no trouble. The instructions were clear and the printer, and scanner work well. I was even able to connect my phone to the printer. Thats a great addition

I am in love with it!! My pictures come out in excellent quality you could never tell I printed them at home! They show just as good as a picture you got developed at the store. And it's so quick! The only bad thing I have to say about it is it drinks color ink like water! I printed maybe 9 photos on 8 1/2" x 14" before it ran out. Other than that I would definitely recommend!

Very easy to install and works as expected. I just wish the ink would last longer and wasn't so expensive. This one replaced one that was very similar to this one and I hope this one lasts a little longer than that one did.

I really enjoy using the HP Printer I purchased. Enjoyed worhing with store staff and the Tech Rep that helped chose one. He compared apples to apples with the different styles and brands of printers in the store and made my decision a lot easier to take one home with ease. I really Appreciate Best Buy Staff they're Great!

Work very well, good speed, good color copies and easy to operate

Had some problems in the initial set up with an error message about a paper jam (when no paper had been installed). Eventually the message went away and the rest of the set up went fine. Printing and scanning features and quality are excellent. Glad I chose this printer and would recommend it. Some features (like scanning) require use of the app on PC or mobile device.

The buying experience was excellent. The Printer works great. We love it. The delivery was very fast.

nice printer easy to set up which it came with a instruction manual telling you about all the function this printer scanner has and how to use them I am old school I like to see and read about how to use things, now I'm lost and bought this machine and don't know how I can get the best use out of it

This printer is a great replacement for our HP8600 printer. We haven't had to replace ink yet, so I can't comment on the cost. One slight complaint--the paper tray that holds the printed pages is too short and the paper often falls on the floor. That's a dumb design flaw. I have no other complaints, tho.

Excellent printer covered all my needs good quality

Good printer. I have not been able to get the app to work to print from my phone. It does not hold much paper because of the photo paper tray taking up allot of room. I knew this when I bought the printer, but I went ahead and and bought it because it was the only one Best Buy had in stock because of covid.

Scans, prints, and copies documents well. Can scan to different file types as well as print two-sided documents which is nice at this size. The paper tray can accept longer paper as well with the fold down paper bin as well which is a nice touch and has a separate tray for photo paper. One of the best printers in my opinion for its size.
