    Great product once you can get it set up. SETI was a little difficult but the HP support line walked me thru it. It just shouldn’t be that complicated.

    Had a little problem with paper jamming in the first one we got, but Best Buy exchanged it and the new one works great. Easy setup, even for a non-techy person like me. Great printing and copying.

    I found that the setup was very simple, all you have to do is follow the online instruction and that is it. Once the ink and paper is installed you are ready to start printing, It's that easy.

    short and sweet very good printer. I would buy this product again. This product is better than the on e i have. I keep the old one for a spare incase something goes wrong with the one have.

    I am not computer savvy, but I found this printer to be easy to connect. I actually had more trouble figuring out how to load the paper tray! Great looking documents and pictures too.
