    Insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome. After 5 cannon printers in 3 years (2 of which were different models) I said “it’s the company”. Bought this although crazy expensive. Worth every penny. Instantly turns on and instantly connects to my router.. stay away from cannon. My father too had issues with cannon and switched to go. His issues miraculously disappeared also.

    HP Ink requires the printer to be on all the time and connected to the internet. Although I adhere to these requirements, the HP software frequently says the printer is off line. Nothing I do fixes the problem. This means I don't get security updates. I also feel like I'm cheating when I print because the pages printed may not go toward my quota.

    Prints beautifully. However when I ran out of paper had problems printing. My son-in-law solved problem by shutting the printer off (which took about 7-8 minutes). It worked OK once turning back on. Had problems with my last HP printer (owned for 3 years). I won’t buy another HP printrr!!
